CENTRAL VILLAGE
THE CHALLENGE

Not unlike other clients, Central Village came to us with a well-established business, but an inconsistent and dated marketing plan. Central Village was in need of a renovation of their marketing strategy to match their customised, convenient and centrally located homes for over 55s. The challenge to Wild and Free Media was to refocus their brand and align it to appeal to both potential new residents and their families. 
THE SOLUTION

In order to appeal to both target audiences, Wild and Free Media needed to establish a coherent brand with a strong presence across both digital and print media. To bring coherence, the emphasis of both forms of media became the ‘feel’ of living in the Central Village community and the convenient location in Newcastle. With campaigns focussed on “Get to Know Your Neighbours” and “Upsizing Your Lifestyle” Wild and Free Media repositioned the village as one with a thriving, welcoming community, as well as a convenient place to live.

Wild and Free Media also began to manage the Central Village Facebook page and began incorporating fun facts, places to go, things to see through Newcastle specifically for over-55s. We also flooded their Facebook profile with beautiful photos of Central Village homes, and engaging images of residents enjoying their community.

With beautiful content and new photography concisely hitting the newspaper and local magazines, as well as the Facebook community, we have seen the Central Village brand renewed with new life to become more focused, polished and friendly.
